Organizing free clinic activities of traditional Chinese medicine to guard the health of female staff

In order to enhance our female staff's health awareness and self-care ability, and improve the quality of life, the Company invited a team of experts from Jining Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences Xiyuan Hospital on March 7th, providing lectures on women's health and free clinic activities of traditional Chinese medicine. Cheng Cancan, Director of Gynecology and Obstetrics Department, and Wan Quanzeng, Director of Orthopedics Department, gave lectures on "Disease prevention and Health Care for Women" and "The Cause and Effect of Osteoporosis" for more than 180 representatives of female staff, reminding them to develop a healthy lifestyle, so as to achieve prevention of disease before occurrence and early treatment of disease.

Those free clinic activities of traditional Chinese medicine was full of exciting atmosphere, and the staff who consulted the medical attention lined up orderly in front of the booths of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Orthopedics, Endocrinology, and Spleen and Gastroenterology according to their respective needs, and more than 10 specialists attended by taking their pulse and asking for diagnosis, acupuncture and moxibustion, auricular point acupressure, scraping therapy, measurement of blood pressure, electrocardiogram, bone density and so on. 

Developing cultural and sports activities to enrich the cultural life of female staff

To further enrich the life of female staff, promote their spirit of beauty pursuit, love for life and teamwork, and stimulate the working enthusiasm, the labour unions have organized activities such as flower arranging, rope skipping and walking.

Holding symposiums to listen to the aspirations of female staff

Each labour union has held symposiums to understand the demands of female staff, collect their opinions and suggestions on work and life, and help them solve their problems and feel the company's care and concern.

Performing the activity of "Female staff with Books" for cultural connotations

Through recitation of classic masterpiece, perception sharing, reading interaction activities, each labour union has created a favorable atmosphere for learning and publicizing positive energy, so that the female staff can have a greater sense of happiness and acquisition through reading.
